Ofcom

Ofcom regulates the editorial content of on-demand programme services.  This includes ensuring that particular rules are observed.  These rules require certain material to be restricted to adults, prohibit other material (including that likely to incite hatred) altogether, and govern product placement in programmes and sponsorship of individual programmes or services. To make a complaint about our service, please email us at : support@trueroyalty.tv. We shall endeavour to respond to you within 3 working days. If you have complained to us and you are dissatisfied with our response, you can submit a complaint about any of these aspects of our on-demand service to Ofcom using the online complaint form at:  http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/broadcasting/on-demand/complain.
